Gelato博物馆位于意大利中北部艾米利亚-罗马涅大区安佐拉德莱米拉（靠近博洛尼亚），于2012年正式开馆。
Opened up in 2012, the museum is located in Anzola dell’Emilia, Emilia-Romagna Region (outside Bologna).

Gelato博物馆的奇幻之旅共有三大主题：Gelato的进化史、制作工艺演变、以及Gelato的消费方式。
The museum features an interactive tour that highlights three principal themes regarding gelato: the evolution of gelato over time, the history of production technology, and the places and ways it is consumed.
博物馆工占地1000平方米，意大利人在里面收藏了20架原装机器，诸多多媒体设备，1000张历史照片文献、以及各种工具和视频录像。
The museum's 1000 square meters are home to 20 original machines, multimedia presentations, 10,000 historical images and documents, precious tools and accessories, and original video interviews.
